Congratulations. Looks wonderful! I've always wanted to do Napa Valley and haven't. We're definitely thinking of California for our 10-year too though!
I would definitely recommend a trip to Napa as part of your 10-year anniversary celebration! And make a reservation at Michael Chirello's. It is the BEST restaurant, seriously, and the food was not outrageously priced. The wine train dinner was perfect, too. Very romantic, delicious food and the friendliest staff. Pay the extra money for the upper dome where you get a private table for the night and champagne. It's worth it! And tell them it's your anniversary in advance and you'll get a special dessert.
